Job Summary

This role involves strengthening the information security posture of a modern and growing communications and IT company based in Bremen, Germany. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing crucial information security policies, particularly considering standards like NIS 2. A core function includes conducting comprehensive risk analyses and security assessments to ensure the highest standards of quality and security are met. The specialist acts as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, supports process development, and plays a key organizational role in auditing processes for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance. Furthermore, the role involves managing security incidents, acting as the liaison to external data protection officers and legal counsel, and generating regular status reports on information security. Candidates should possess a completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field and have professional experience in Information Security Management, coupled with deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz.
