This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, particularly within a food production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical coordination of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities on production-relevant equipment. The successful candidate will act as the key interface between production, technical teams, and external service providers, while also leading the internal technical team and managing external specialized firms during projects and breakdowns. A critical component of the job involves strengthening the technical workforce through the training of aspiring electricians and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes and production infrastructure. Key qualifications include a completed electrical engineering background, a Master Craftsman qualification (Meister), and profound experience in industrial plant maintenance and fault analysis, ideally in the food sector.
