Building Services Site Manager | Objektleiter Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves taking technical and disciplinary leadership of the on-site team, ensuring the delivery of contractually agreed services within technical facility management. The Site Manager acts as the primary contact for the client regarding all technical and infrastructural matters. Key responsibilities include personnel deployment planning, coordinating external companies and service providers, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate internal cost allocation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of complex technical systems within the managed facility. Candidates should possess a completed technical apprenticeship (such as an Electrician or Systems Mechanic) or a Technician qualification. While initial professional experience is advantageous, ambitious newcomers and career changers are explicitly welcomed. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, good user knowledge of MS Office (ideally SAP and Planon), and a high degree of customer and service orientation.
