Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineering Development Engineer to join a dynamic team focusing on critical defense technology projects. The primary responsibilities involve the development and integration of electronic subsystems for air defense systems, including the design, simulation, and testing of complex communication, radar, or control components. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing signal processing chains, managing interfaces, and creating precise technical documentation adhering to strict military standards. Key qualifications include a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field, along with professional experience developing complex electronic systems—preferably within the defense sector. Knowledge of RF technology, digital signal processing, or embedded systems is highly advantageous. Success in this role requires fluency in German (B2+), good English skills, and a structured, responsible, and team-oriented approach to contribute actively to system integration, verification, and validation.
