Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and developing the ERP team, ensuring the effective operation and strategic evolution of core enterprise resource planning systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the disciplinary leadership of team members, fostering individual development potential, and overseeing the training and continuous education of staff. The manager holds overall responsibility for supported systems, including abas, LFS/EPG, and other ERP-adjacent applications. A key focus is on process optimization, requiring the redesign of current procedures and the implementation of new methods for prioritizing complex business requirements. Furthermore, the role demands strong interdisciplinary communication and regular reporting to IT management. Successful candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of leadership experience, ideally within an ERP context, and strong fluency in both German and English.
