This role seeks an experienced Electronics Technician or Electrician to take on the leadership of a workshop specializing in switchgear construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from initial setup to final documentation. Day-to-day tasks involve the hands-on construction and precise wiring of switchgear systems according to technical blueprints, preparing distribution frameworks, and utilizing organizational skills to manage internal workflows and staff deployment effectively. Furthermore, the Workshop Manager will plan delivery logistics and finalize projects by creating detailed measurements (Aufmaße). Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in electrical engineering and proven professional experience in switch cabinet construction. This position requires strong organizational and leadership qualities, coupled with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a highly motivated team.
