Job Summary

This role involves contributing significantly to the development of a new high-power switch cabinet series, handling currents exceeding 1600A. The Electrical Development Engineer will define critical electrical components, particularly power electronics like power controllers and thyristors, and ensure standard-compliant construction according to EN 60204-1 and EN 61439. Key responsibilities also include shaping the manufacturing and testing processes and managing electrical products throughout their lifecycle, including optimization and modification projects. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, practical experience in high-current switch cabinet design, and ideally familiarity with EPLAN P8/Pro Panel and TIA-Portal.
