Job Summary

This role involves taking on the full responsibility for planning, supervising, and executing civil engineering and pipeline construction projects in Potsdam. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring the economic success and technical objectives of each construction measure are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating personnel and material deployment on site, controlling construction progress and results, and managing the creation and maintenance of tender and work calculations. A key component of the role is independent project execution, including drafting and negotiating supplementary claims. Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, foundational knowledge of VOB contractual law, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant billing/calculation software. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an entrepreneurial, responsible approach to work, offering a path to permanent employment with the client.
