Job Summary
Join TOKO Etikettier- und Drucksysteme GmbH & Co. KG, a leading provider of labeling and printing solutions for nearly 30 years, as an IT Specialist for System Integration. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting internal IT administration, managing and maintaining ERP and CRM systems, and overseeing existing administrative systems like time tracking and telephony. A key part of your responsibilities will also involve providing expert consultation, configuration, and user training for label printing software, primarily Loftware, and offering remote and on-site customer support. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in Microsoft-based networks and relational databases, eager to contribute to an innovative team in a stable, medium-sized company with flat hierarchies and opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable IT qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT system integration or a comparable IT field
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Navision, MS Dynamics ERP, Theurer C3, SAP)
- Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL programming
- In-depth practical experience in Microsoft Windows network administration
- Experience in project management and trade fair marketing
