Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level ICT support to internal employees within an international mechanical engineering group based in Winterthur. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing the ticketing system, coordinating external technicians, and escalating complex problems to 3rd level support or engineering teams. You will also be responsible for user administration, including onboarding new staff, managing access permissions, and processing system mutations. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to maintaining the company's entire ICT infrastructure and participating in various projects such as process optimization, system migrations, and rollouts. The ideal candidate possesses relevant professional training and experience in 1st/2nd level support, strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment, and initial experience with Active Directory.
