Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous operational readiness of automotive production facilities through diligent maintenance and repair activities. The Maintenance Specialist's daily tasks include performing scheduled maintenance, executing necessary repairs, and precisely adjusting machine and plant settings to optimize performance. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and operation of various complex manufacturing systems. To succeed, candidates must possess a successfully completed electrical or technical/mechanical apprenticeship and demonstrate high reliability and strong teamwork skills. Flexibility for shift work is a mandatory requirement.
