Job Summary

This role is for a Field Service Technician responsible for executing critical service operations directly at customer sites, primarily focusing on industrial machinery and plants. Daily tasks involve the full lifecycle of equipment management, including installation, commissioning, and necessary repairs. A key component of the role is providing comprehensive after-sales support, which includes system optimization, preventive maintenance, and general repair work, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training clients on the technical aspects of their new equipment. Candidates must bring a formal qualification as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with strong English language skills and a necessary willingness to travel.
