Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician and Robot Programmer to join a company specializing in fully automated blast cleaning systems and custom machinery. The professional will manage the full lifecycle of installed systems, focusing on maintenance, remote and on-site troubleshooting, and system commissioning. A core responsibility is creating and optimizing robot programs and ensuring precise calibration of measurement devices and machine functions. Tasks also include connecting and wiring control cabinets, sensors, and actuators, alongside mechanical and pneumatic adjustments. Candidates should have completed vocational training as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, ideally supplemented by a Technician certification or Bachelor's degree. Initial experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal) and electrical design (e.g., EPLAN) is beneficial.
