Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged IT Specialist to manage client and endpoint devices, contributing to the successful digitalization of healthcare services. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing essential 1st and 2nd level support for PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices, including on-site troubleshooting, error analysis, and resolution for users. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, managing client systems within Active Directory Services and Matrix 42, and assisting with rollouts and hardware exchange projects. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification, possesses strong expertise in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft standard software, and demonstrates excellent service orientation and teamwork.
