Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Technical Application Consultant focused on ensuring seamless software and system integration for ophthalmology practices, medical centers, and clinics nationwide. Key responsibilities include managing the entire installation lifecycle, from initial planning and requirement documentation to on-site implementation of specialized software, configuring Windows Servers and workstations, and integrating specialized measuring devices. The consultant will also provide essential Second-Level-Support, manage remote system maintenance, and contribute to the introduction of new technologies and software modules like FIDUSweb. Ideal candidates possess a background in IT System Integration or a comparable technical field, coupled with a strong customer focus, excellent organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel throughout Germany.
