Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician to join the dental service team in Holzwickede, providing technical support for proprietary dental practice management systems (VISIdent and VISInext) and associated IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve serving as the technical point of contact for clients, handling incoming queries regarding practice IT and telematics infrastructure, and resolving issues via phone, remote sessions, or on-site visits. Key responsibilities include the installation and configuration of both hardware and software, maintaining Windows networks, and meticulously documenting all customer interactions within the Helpdesk system. The ideal candidate must possess completed IT vocational training, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, coupled with experience in system installations and technical hotline support.
