Job Summary

This role involves supporting the digital transformation of healthcare by planning, implementing, and training users on the central clinical information system, i.s.h.med, and other clinical applications within a maximum care university hospital setting. The SAP Trainer will be responsible for independently planning and executing training measures, creating online training materials, user guides, and conducting regular refresher courses for various professional groups involved in routine patient care. A key part of the job is acting as a liaison between IT and clinical users, gathering technical requirements, contributing to technical concepts, and providing 2nd level support for system disruptions, including ticket processing. The ideal candidate possesses strong didactic skills, deep expertise in clinical processes, and extensive experience with clinical information systems, particularly i.s.h.med, ensuring effective information transfer and system adoption.

Required Skills

Education

Completed information technology training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) with medical focus or comparable training in the clinical environment; Certificates or completed courses in didactics/information transfer

Experience

  • Professional experience in application support for clinical information systems
  • Several years of professional experience in conveying learning content/information transfer
  • Several years of experience in application support for clinical applications in a maximum care healthcare provider setting
