Job Summary

This role involves managing the operation and release of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE), including strategic planning, implementation, and communication. The Application Manager is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing interfaces and batch processes to ensure system performance and stability. Key day-to-day tasks include designing and maintaining system parameters, developing a sustainable role and authorization concept, and leading proactive incident and problem management within Second-Level Support to ensure high system availability. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments and external service providers on continuous optimization efforts and strategic project support, driving the digital transformation of the company. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, combining home office and on-site work in Selm.
