The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of deep civil engineering measures, including planning, tendering, construction supervision, and budget management, often coordinating efforts with external engineering offices. A key aspect of the job is acting as the official client representative (Bauherr) for the city and presenting project progress to political committees. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining and updating street databases, managing infrastructure preservation, and developing a GIS-based water body register to assess hydraulic performance, especially regarding heavy rainfall events. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering, preferably specializing in Urban Water Management, coupled with practical experience applying German construction standards (VOB and HOAI). Education
