Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Integrator involves taking ownership of the company's core IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across servers, networks, and end-user devices. Key daily activities include the planning, installation, and configuration of new IT systems, alongside the crucial management of user accounts and access rights using tools like Active Directory and Exchange. A significant part of the role is providing essential 1st and 2nd level support, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues quickly to minimize downtime. Furthermore, the Integrator will contribute actively to strategic IT projects, such as system rollouts, infrastructure migrations, and implementing security measures. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills in system administration, network management, and robust troubleshooting abilities, coupled with experience in IT documentation.
