Job Summary
This role involves providing essential technical support for the new, innovative data center of Stadtwerke Ulm/Neu-Ulm, launching in Spring 2025. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving technical faults, managing internal and external client requests related to system moves and changes, and maintaining accurate technical documentation. The specialist will also be responsible for the regular monitoring of critical infrastructure components, including power consumption, cooling systems, and security technology, reporting findings, and supporting internal and external audits. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT (e.g., System Integration or IT System Electronics) and several years of experience supporting data center environments, coupled with broad IT knowledge. This position offers future-proof employment within a company driving regional digitalization, energy, and mobility transitions, requiring strong organizational skills and participation in necessary on-call duty.
