Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position in Hilden seeks a skilled Biological Laboratory Technician or Specialist to independently manage critical laboratory procedures within a biotechnological or pharmaceutical environment. Day-to-day tasks involve the autonomous execution of eukaryotic cell culture propagation, DNA isolation, and the precise preparation of various buffer and protein solutions. A core responsibility is ensuring strict adherence to GMP guidelines throughout all processes. Furthermore, the role requires performing essential in-process controls, including protein determination and quantitative PCR (qPCR). The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical qualification (BTA, MTA, CTA) or a Bachelor’s degree in a suitable scientific field. While prior production experience under GMP is desirable, success in this role hinges on a high commitment to quality, strong teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive approach to learning.
