Job Summary

This role involves leading a small team focused on managing and developing the SAP Basis and Authorization landscape for a leading cosmetics manufacturer. The Team Lead will be the primary interface between the SAP Basis service provider, IT, departments, and partners. Key responsibilities include ensuring SAP Security and Authorizations, managing Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance, and license measurement. The role requires advancing authorization tools (like SIVIS, Xiting) and utilizing SAP security tools (such as SAST). The incumbent will also handle Fiori administration, including installation, error analysis, and authorization management, while supporting the migration from SAP GUI to Fiori. Project leadership and support for initiatives like release changes and tool introductions are critical. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding of SAP Basis, proven project management skills, and a structured, independent working style, with a desire for team leadership and continuous process improvement.
