Job Summary

This exciting career opportunity seeks an Engineering Project Manager to take technical leadership and coordination responsibility for complex radar and electro-optical sensor simulation development projects, managing them from initiation through customer handover. The role acts as the central interface, bridging communication between external customers, internal stakeholders, and interdisciplinary development teams. Key day-to-day activities include translating customer requirements into precise technical work packages, aligning efforts with System Engineering, Software Development, and Testing teams, and rigorously monitoring project progress. The manager must proactively identify risks, implement countermeasures, and deliver comprehensive status reports. Successful candidates require a minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering) and multi-year professional experience in Systems Engineering of complex simulation systems, coupled with fluent proficiency in both German and English.
