Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Mechatronics Engineer or Electronics Technician to join a leading electronics technology and service company based in Erlangen. The primary focus of this position involves the hands-on mechanical and electrical setup of complex prototypes and dedicated test benches. Daily responsibilities include the independent construction of both mechanical and electronic machine components, precise wiring of special machinery, and the full development and commissioning of testing devices and bespoke special machines. You will also contribute to creating technical documentation and driving continuous improvement in existing systems. Candidates must possess formal training as a Technician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Engineer, coupled with robust electronic expertise. Essential technical skills include experience with design tools like Eagle or Eplan, and familiarity with control systems such as LabView, PLC control, or Embedded Systems.
