Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Chemical Operator in Hamburg to ensure the smooth and safe operation of chemical process facilities. Key responsibilities involve controlling and monitoring plant process flows, adjusting operational parameters during product changes, and independently identifying and resolving faults and disruptions. The operator will also perform essential maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning filters and sieves, and safely isolating plant components for service. A critical part of the job includes performing duties under heavy respiratory protection, collecting samples, and maintaining accurate documentation. After initial training, the operator will take over the operation of the production plant from the control room. Candidates must have a completed apprenticeship as a Chemical Operator or an equivalent qualification, professional experience in chemical industry process facilities, and excellent German language skills (written and spoken). Familiarity with MS Office and a valid work permit are also required for this position, which offers an unlimited contract and the option for permanent client takeover.
