The engineer will manage the annual maintenance program for streets, paths, squares, and water systems, including on-site construction supervision. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed designs for complex infrastructure projects—covering feasibility studies, preliminary planning, execution planning, and cost estimation—as well as overseeing project execution, tender preparation, contract awarding assistance, and final documentation. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur or Bachelor) and strong technical knowledge of German construction regulations (VOB/VOL/HOAI).
