Job Summary

This role at 4TISO, a flexible IT system house in eastern Munich, is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys managing IT infrastructures and taking responsibility for complex systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring reliable and stable IT solutions for medium-sized businesses, contributing to high client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include administering and maintaining networks, firewalls, Microsoft Windows server systems, Office 365, Azure, and standard applications. You'll also manage and expand IT security solutions, handle customer inquiries, and provide user support. The position requires a passion for customer interaction, a background in system integration, and a keen interest in modern IT environments, including cloud technologies.
