Job Summary

This role involves providing essential First and Second Level ICT Support, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure within an international environment based in Lucerne. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, offering support and consultation regarding Windows, Mac, and occasionally Linux clients, focusing specifically on hardware, operating systems, and M365 applications. Key responsibilities include maintaining the ICT daily operations, preparing and servicing Windows and Mac workstations, and supporting meeting rooms and video conferencing systems. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to various IT projects. This position offers a broad scope of work and the potential for professional development towards a Client Engineer role for candidates demonstrating strong technical ability. The ideal candidate possesses a strong service and solution orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a highly professional and collegial team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in ICT Support
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows 11, M365, AD)
  • Experience in managing Mac clients
  • Experience in maintaining a management platform for Windows computers
  • Experience in the multimedia sector (video conferencing systems)
