Job Summary

This permanent position seeks an SAP Key User to provide critical support during the on-site implementation of a proprietary tool solution. The core responsibilities include developing deep competency in the new tool and executing essential knowledge transfer to Shopfloor Users. The Key User will explain tool operation, provide hands-on (@elbow) support, and manage the adaptation and maintenance of SAP data within the system. Qualified candidates must possess a successfully completed technical education or degree and professional experience, ideally within production environments such as aircraft construction. Knowledge of Line Balancing principles is advantageous. Fluency in written and spoken German is required for daily application, and candidates must be willing to work early and late shifts.
