Job Summary

As an IT Support Technician in Mannheim, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing comprehensive support across the IT infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring a range of devices, from laptops and PCs to servers and mobile devices. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues both on-site and remotely, meticulously documenting, prioritizing, and classifying incidents within a ticketing system. This role requires strong analytical skills to diagnose and fix problems, alongside excellent communication to assist users with handling and application queries. You'll also manage Thin Client/ChromeBox farms and contribute to exciting international IT projects, maintaining the local infrastructure.
