Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual with a passion for modern technology and customer interaction, focusing specifically on robotic lawn mowers in the Freising area. The Service Technician will be responsible for the entire service lifecycle, including product sales, expert customer consultation, and scheduling service appointments and site visits. Key day-to-day activities involve the on-site installation of new smart-garden devices, providing technical instruction, and expertly performing diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on robotic lawn mowers using modern diagnostic technology and app-based control systems. The ideal candidate must have a technical or electronics background, strong affinity for motorized equipment, excellent manual dexterity, and proficiency with common operating systems and diagnostic tools.
