This role seeks a dedicated Facility Management Site Manager to oversee the technical and infrastructural operations across multiple properties in the Stuttgart region. The core responsibilities involve leading technical teams, managing deployment schedules, ensuring strict quality assurance for all technical processes, and maintaining the profitability and budget compliance of FM contracts. You will act as the primary liaison, communicating directly with clients and authorities while coordinating various service departments. Candidates must possess either relevant vocational training (such as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or Plant Mechanic SHK) or a degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or Facility Management. Success requires multi-year professional experience, a strong service-oriented mindset, organizational talent, and proficiency with MS Office. Required Skills

Education

Vocational qualification (e.g., Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Plant Mechanic SHK) OR a completed university degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or Facility Management.
