Job Summary
This role involves leading a sub-project for the rollout of an ERP template based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across the company's production facilities, coordinating activities from initial planning through to post-go-live support. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing internal project teams and external consultants, overseeing project plans, budgets, milestones, and risk analyses. Key duties include conducting requirements workshops, user training, and change management initiatives, as well as supporting system configuration, data migration, and testing coordination. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics or a related field, coupled with extensive experience leading ERP projects (D365 F&O, SAP, Oracle, or similar). This position offers the opportunity to drive a significant European-wide digital transformation initiative within a major construction and real estate company, requiring strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or comparable qualification. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) are advantageous.
Experience
- Several years of experience leading ERP projects (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, Oracle)
- Routine collaboration with managing directors, department heads, and international stakeholders

- Willingness to travel within Germany (Kirchberg / Vöhringen / Hamm) and prospectively to the Czech Republic and Poland is required. Location constraints: Bielefeld or Plauen.
