Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated specialist or career changer looking to excel in 1st Level IT Support. Day-to-day responsibilities involve being the first point of contact for users, receiving and logging technical disruptions and service requests using a dedicated ticketing system. You will be responsible for classifying issues, performing initial analysis, documenting actions taken, and communicating clearly with users throughout the resolution process. If initial analysis does not resolve the issue, you coordinate the seamless forwarding to subsequent support units. Key qualifications include a technical IT background (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or high IT affinity, strong knowledge of Windows environments, and solid PC skills covering both software and hardware. Success in this role requires a customer-oriented approach, excellent telephone communication skills, and fluency in German (C2) and good English skills (B1). This is a permanent, full-time position offering continuous professional development.
