Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive on-site technical service for mechanical products and complex systems. The Service Technician is responsible for the full lifecycle of product deployment, including installation, commissioning, inspection, and final acceptance testing at the customer's location. A key part of the job is ensuring efficient order processing through close collaboration with clients and meticulous documentation, including generating reports on repairs, maintenance, testing, and quality/safety-relevant issues. Candidates must possess a technical background in mechanics, proven assembly experience, and strong knowledge of commissioning, repair, and maintenance procedures. Success requires a high degree of safety awareness, responsibility, and excellent German and good English language skills, ensuring professional service delivery and accurate preparation for invoicing.
