Job Summary

This role seeks an expert SAP Inhouse Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors and HCM to drive the digital transformation of Human Resources processes at an established industrial company. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting the HR team, capturing requirements, and implementing modern HR technologies, specifically focusing on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, ESS/MSS). The consultant will also develop strategic roadmaps for introducing further modules like Learning, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Benefits. A key component of the role involves leading complex projects, managing technical implementation, and ensuring smooth system integration between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and external systems. Candidates must possess a degree or training in Computer Science, long-term professional experience in SAP HR processes (ideally Employee Central), and initial leadership experience in project management.
