Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Technical Manager to lead the Electrical Assembly department, driving innovation and continuous improvement within production processes. The successful candidate will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership, focusing on team development, standardization, and digitalization efforts. A core responsibility involves ensuring stringent quality and safety standards are met, including the review and approval of electrical schematics, wiring concepts, and bills of materials according to VDE/DIN norms. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, hold the VEFK qualification (Responsible Electrical Specialist), and bring proven experience in electrical assembly, ideally within special machine construction or automation technology. Collaboration with Project Management, Customer Service, and E-Construction is essential.
