Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Field Service Technician responsible for the inspection and maintenance of powder coating systems for clients across Baden-Württemberg and Vorarlberg. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed inspections and scheduled maintenance, conducting technical fault analysis, and assisting clients with selecting necessary spare parts. A crucial part of the job involves customer interaction, including providing technical advice on process engineering issues and training client personnel on product usage. The technician must maintain meticulous reporting, such as service reports and defect reports, and ensure effective communication with deployment management and technical customer service. Key qualifications include a completed electrical or mechatronics technical education, strong electro-technical knowledge, and a high degree of willingness to travel (4-5 days per week).
