Job Summary

This role involves the independent management and execution of national projects within the field of electrical engineering and plant construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards, conducting rigorous project controlling, and providing regular reporting to key stakeholders. A critical component of the role is coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors and sub-suppliers, alongside active claim management to protect project interests. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification (Technician, Master Craftsman) and brings professional experience, preferably in industrial plant construction. Strong analytical and solution-oriented working methods are essential, complemented by good proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
