Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the strategic development and expansion of the Energy Services business unit, focusing on innovative solutions in heating, photovoltaics, decentralized generation, and electromobility. The Head of Energy Services will be responsible for structuring and building robust processes, workflows, and team structures, while defining clear roles and responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include developing a modular product portfolio, standardizing and digitizing processes from quotation to project execution, and optimizing sales and project processes using tools like CRM. Key qualifications include a technical or business degree, several years of professional experience in energy services, and foundational knowledge in heating supply, contracting, PV, and e-mobility.
