IT Security Officer | IT-Sicherheitsbeauftragter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves taking on the critical responsibilities of an IT Security Officer, focusing on planning, implementing, and operating security measures within a hospital environment, which is classified as critical infrastructure (KRITIS). Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing concepts for hardening clients and servers, operating and supporting security solutions such as Endpoint Protection and Privileged Access Management, and conducting risk-based threat analyses on KRITIS-relevant assets. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a completed IT apprenticeship, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in information security, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector. Success requires deep knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments, strong analytical skills, and excellent German language proficiency to contribute to the development of Managed Security Services and processes.
