Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Technician role involves maintaining and optimizing complex IT and telecommunications infrastructure for leading technology providers. Day-to-day tasks include operating standard software, performing independent fault analysis, resolving IT/TK disturbances, and executing comprehensive installation and change management for client hardware and software. You will also be responsible for planning installation projects, contributing to migration projects, and meticulously documenting technical components and network information. The ideal candidate possesses vocational training as an IT Specialist or comparable experience, practical knowledge in planning VoIP solutions, and deep familiarity with MS Office and ITSM ticketing systems. Strong technical expertise in Cisco CCNP Routing/Switching and current networking models (LAN/RZ switches, Firewall, WLAN) is essential.
