Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious (Senior) IT Supporter to drive technological advancement by integrating and optimizing IT systems for leading clients across various industries. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing crucial 1st Level and Onsite Support, conducting hands-on diagnosis, and resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, and user systems. A core part of the role includes securely managing Active Directory (AD/AAD), configuring networks (routers, switches, and WIFI solutions), and delivering needs-based training and software support directly to end-users. The successful candidate will coordinate IT-relevant topics locally and nationally, ensuring cross-departmental dialogue and effective implementation of technical solutions that align with specific business requirements. Key qualifications include long-standing professional experience in IT support, proven expertise in PC systems, M365 applications, server structures, and practical knowledge of Exchange, PowerShell, and SCCM.
