Job Summary

This position calls for an ambitious Wiring Harness Design Engineer to support the development and construction of complex electrical systems, primarily within the automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing 3D CAD tools for the construction of wiring harnesses and managing the introduction and coordination of new parts. A core component of the role involves close collaboration with customers to ensure design compliance with assembly requirements, product concerns, and manufacturing feasibility. You will also be heavily involved in supporting new vehicle launches, model year changes, and conducting package and installation investigations. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with relevant professional experience in designing serial automotive parts, and expert proficiency in CATIA V5 is essential for success in this role.
