Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Automation Engineer and PLC Programmer to drive technological advancements by developing and integrating cutting-edge PLC programs, robotics, and vision systems into existing industrial plants. A core focus of the position is enhancing operational efficiency (OEE) and process stability through continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed root cause analysis for quality and process failures, defining sustainable corrective measures, and ensuring thorough documentation using standard quality techniques like FMEA and Lessons Learned. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics or Automation Technology and possesses strong professional experience in PLC programming, coupled with expertise in Simatic/TIA and LEAN methodologies.
