Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Junior Hardware Development Engineer focused on tactical radio communication technology. The successful candidate will manage the complete hardware development lifecycle for tactical radio devices, spanning from initial conception and circuit design through implementation, product testing, and transfer to series production. Daily activities involve the conception, simulation, and optimization of complex circuits, creating detailed schematics, and guiding constructors in creating PCB layouts. A crucial part of the role is defining rigorous test specifications and qualifying assemblies to ensure the long-term supply and service capability of the radio devices throughout their entire lifecycle. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in High-Frequency or Telecommunications, coupled with initial professional experience in hardware development and high-frequency technology. Proficiency in hardware design tools, active programming skills, and experience with debugging and troubleshooting are essential prerequisites. The position offers an unlimited contract and flexible working arrangements.
