Job Summary

This Service Technician role involves critical, hands-on work ensuring the functionality and successful deployment of complex plant machinery and components globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, repairing, and maintaining systems directly at customer sites worldwide. Key tasks include training customer personnel, optimizing plant settings until satisfactory handover, and conducting regular contract maintenance. When not traveling, the technician will support the Technical Support team and perform factory repairs. Candidates must possess initial professional experience, expertise in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology, and the ability to read complex circuit and P&ID diagrams. Fluency in both German and English is required, alongside a strong service orientation and willingness to travel internationally, making this an excellent role for a globally-minded technical expert.
