Key daily tasks include verifying documentation for interim and final acceptance of components from suppliers, consolidating overall documentation from various sub-trades, and checking technical documentation between different departments. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial background or equivalent qualification, experience handling technical drawings and specifications, and knowledge of relevant documentation standards (e.g., DIN, ISO). Proficiency in MS Office and specialized Document Management Systems like SAP DMS or SharePoint is essential.
