Building Services Engineer (HVAC/Sanitary Planning) | TGA-Planer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive planning and project management for Technical Building Equipment (TGA), focusing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and sanitary systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating concepts, detailed plans, and technical drawings, as well as performing necessary calculations and dimensioning for these systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing all project phases, from initial analysis and concept development through to implementation, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Key requirements include a degree in Building Services, Electrical, Energy, or Supply Engineering, coupled with practical experience in TGA planning and strong knowledge of the HOAI service phases 1-9. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology is also required.
